Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are used to download icons and use AI customization. Different formats cost different amounts: PNG 64px (1 credit), PNG 128px (2 credits), PNG 256px (3 credits), SVG (5 credits). AI customization costs 10 credits per generation.
Do I get free credits?
Yes! When you sign up, you receive 50 free credits to get started. This is enough for many downloads and a few AI customizations.
Can I use icons for commercial projects?
Yes, the free icons available on Iconify can be used for personal and commercial projects. However, always check the specific license for each asset.
What formats can I download?
You can download icons in PNG (64px, 128px, 256px) and SVG formats. The format availability depends on the specific asset.
How does AI customization work?
Select any icon and choose a style (Minimal, Gradient, 3D, Neon, or Watercolor). Our AI will generate a customized version based on your selection. You can also add custom instructions.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@iconify.app to request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
